Early Bird registration is available on or before Wednesday 9 May 2012. To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by Wednesday 9 May 2012.

Entitlements

The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

• Sessions and entry to the exhibition
• Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on relevant days. Please note there will be no afternoon tea on 2 September 2012
• Delegate satchel and other materials

Payment of Fees

Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received. Payment may be made by personal cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as "Congress arinex Sydney".

Payments made by cheque will incur a A$10.00 cheque processing fee. Cheques should be made payable to "arinex on behalf of AOCR 2012" and only accepted until 20 July 2012. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.

Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Congress. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive the final program, and Congress documentation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.

Registration Fees:

• Cancellations on or before 29 May 2012 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations after 29 May 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
• Cancellations after 18 July 2012 will receive no refund.

Accommodation:

• Accommodation MUST be booked by 30 July 2012.
• All bookings must be guaranteed with credit card details at time of booking.
• A deposit equivalent of one night is non-refundable if you cancel your accommodation booking on or after 30 July 2012 and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.
• All applicable cancellation fees will be retained by the hotel.

Social:

• Payments are non-refundable at 18 July 2012.

Entrance to Congress

Each member of the Congress will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring/Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
